ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE
After exposing themselves to the agitation of an unpredictable performative encounter and working in this previously untested constellation for two days, Eurico Ferreira Mathias (cello), Nasheeka Nedsreal (dance), Zé de Paiva (dance & video performance), and Ricardo de Paula (dance), created a politically charged and aesthetically forceful performance. Now this successful tryout will be included in the repertory, intensified and consolidated.
What contact curve is the Black body exposed to in this society? Who is actually agitating whom? Especially with an increasing harshness in society. What kind of encounter, what (physical) contact can take place? How much contact is the audience prepared to experience?
